FitBumps St Albans – Classes are not currently running
The only safe and specialised pre-natal fitness class you and your baby need!
Coming along to a specialised pre-natal fitness class, you’ll be rest assured that your exercise session is both safe and effective for you and your baby (and really good fun too!).
What can I expect from each session?
The FitBumps Training Sessions include aspects of Cardio, Bodyweight and Resistance Training adapted specifically for expectant mums. It will also provide you with a firm foundation of knowledge pertaining to exercise and a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.
During pregnancy we are not looking to get a new Personal Best on our 5km times or a have a 6 pack of abs. We are looking to maintain roughly two thirds of our fitness.
Are the sessions suitable for me?
All FitBumps sessions are designed by pre and post-natal specialists to ensure that each workout delivered can be adapted to the individual needs of the expectant mum. Our trainers will asses each individual to ensure that the level they are working at is appropriate for their fitness levels and gestation. However, we do require all participants to be past the 12 week stage of their pregnancy regardless of whether they have exercised before or not.
Our FitBumps course starts on Wednesday 9th of January for 6 consecutive weeks, with the last session on Wednesday 13th of February. Each session is from 7:45- 8:30

What do I do in-between classes?
As part of your booking, each week, you will receive a free pregnancy at-home, no equipment workout that you can do in-between your FitBumps classes.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, suitable clothing and footwear, bottle of water and any type of fitness/yoga mat.
