What makes us different?

We believe that the FitBumps Training Plans are the most extensive pregnancy training plans around (and we’ve done A LOT of research). Many of the pregnancy training plans we have found offer a couple of workouts that will be completed over a long period of time. From our experience as personal trainers, repeating the same workout over and over again results in boredom and reduces motivation, ultimately resulting in ‘giving up’.
